The Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition is essentially a poor rehashing of the original console version. With two out of the three extra missions as DLC for the console version and only one being exclusive to the title, there doesn't seem to be enough additional value here to warrant the purchase, especially if you already have the original for another platform.
